RSL Spring regionals 2026

VENUE : King Faisal Specialized Hospital RC – Riyadh

• Day 1 Time: 9:00 AM – Friday May 22nd, 2026
• Day 2 Time: 8:30 AM – Saturday May 23td, 2026

TYPE OF FACILITY 25 meters long, 6 lanes competition pool, Score board and electronic start & timing system, Colorado touch Pads.

EVENT LIST: Events List

INDIVIDUAL ENTRY LIMIT : 

For swimmers aged 11 years old and above:     Maximum 6 individual events with RQT minimum.
Additional event (event #7  should be the 200 IM Individual Medley)

For swimmers aged 7-8-9-10 years old: Maximum 4 individual events with RQT minimum.
Additional event (event #5 should be the 100 IM Individual Medley) 

The maximum number of entered swimmer is 55.

ENTRY FEES: Individual Events: SAR 25.00, Relay Teams: SAR 50.00 (Only 1 relay per team per each age group)

The fees are payable to RSL treasurer before the start of the competition.

ENTRIES:  entries will be submitted thru a website to be uploaded on Sat May 16th, 2026 no later than 7pm.

ELIGIBILITY: Age cut-off is May 22th, 2026 (first day of the meet). This meet is open to all RSL swimmers registered and training with RSL teams (at least 80%) attended at least 2 meets and achieving minimum RQT times recorded after May 7th 2025,

QUALIFYING TIMES:  RQT – 2025-2028 qualification times

AWARDS: Medals – 1st through 3rd Place for each event / age group / gender .

SCORING: Points: 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 points for 1st place through 8th place.

Trophies will be awarded to the top 5 high point scorers for each age group / Gender.

In case of ties, the swimmer with the least number of individual events wins, if a tie still exists, then the swimmer with the best record in head to head competition will be selected. If a tie still exists, then the swimmer who has better time in the IM event will be the winner.

Team photo / page (by May 10th) along with the number of copies needed. (booklet cost 30SAR)
